MESSAGE FROM THE DIRECTOR
I have had a successful career in fashion and retail spanning over twenty years. I began my career in fashion management where I managed my first store at the age of twenty, after completing an internal management training programme, within one of the big blue chip companies. Over the following ten years I opened and managed three new stores, held positions as West-End Flagship Store Manager, Regional Training and Development Manager and finally as Area Manager. With each promotion, I have always maintained my passion for training and developing many teams and colleagues to realise their potential; equipping them with the tools, information and skills to help them progress in the fashion/retail industry.
This passion for people and my extensive retail knowledge, created a natural progression into fashion and retail recruitment where for the following twelve years I solidified my knowledge and understanding of the recruitment industry.
