After years of being harassed by recruitment consultants I had lost faith in the whole process. I felt they were never actually interested in me or my future career aspirations, then along came CAG recruitment.

Siobhan took the time to visit my workplace and once she had experienced the atmosphere that myself and my team had created for our customers, she approached me re-calling in detail her experience. This really impressed me as most consultants claim they know you or your work when in reality your just a number. But it did not end there.

I then met with Charmain who again took the time out to talk to me in detail. By the end of our meeting, I felt she really understood who I was, what my background  was and where I wanted to go. But the proof is in the outcome.

Often recruitment consultants push you into opportunities that are good for them but not necessarily good for you. Imagine my surprise to find a consultancy that were offering me opportunities with brands that I have always aspired to.
